[travels past] the MoB, Brisbane

I have always loved museums so visiting one is always part of the todo list. Whether I get to visit one really depends on who I am with or if there is time. It was a blessing though that our personal host and tour guide was able to include it in the itinerary for our short stay in Brisbane.

The Museum of Brisbane (MoB) is located right within the Brisbane City Hall. It is both a social history and art museum, giving the visitor not only a glimpse of Brisbane’s past but also offering art exhibits, including that of local artists.

We also got to join a free and guided Clocktower tour. This can be booked via their website, Clock Tower Tours. The ride up to the top of the Clocktower gave you that old rickety feels. It was a very short trip up to the top but loved it, nonetheless.
