[travels past] Dallas Museum of Art

When visiting a city, the first thing I always check out is if it has a museum, an art museum as much as possible. I would have been disappointed if a top US city like Dallas didn’t have one so I was just happy it did.

The Dallas Museum of Art (DMA) is located in the Arts district of downtown Dallas and houses different art objects from different cultures. It was surprising how exquisite the asian art objects was on display.

We went there pre-covid so we just went ahead and visited the museum which has most of its exhibits free to the public. You may refer to their website, https://dma.org , though when planning a visit nowadays as expectedly, crowd control is still in place due to COVID-19.

The DMA is a great place fo feasting your eyes with works of art as well as learning tidbits of information about different cultures as showcased. There are paintings of the more known painters as well so have fun identifying them as well.
