cebu night life has changed tremendously over the years. or perhaps i am just going out more these days. as i am the coffee and dessert type of person, the number of cafes and tea spots sprouting all over the city is such a welcome relief.
one such place is the TCC or the The Chocolate Chamber. it is a welcome retreat for choco lovers (me!me!) with an old world ambience – embroidered napkins, porcelain cups and saucers, polite and super refined servers. tucked in a quiet mabolo neighborhood, it is a good place to relax and just while the time away.
they serve different flavours of hot chocolate and have a number of cacao-based goodies all ready for the taking (after paying of course). it is pretty expensive really, with a cup of hot rich choco (i had salty caramel) costing 150 pesos. good thing they served free chocolates so it made it a little less painful for the wallet.
if you do want to check it out for yourself, just drop by at:
