2013.
a year that witnessed a dream come true – stonehenge and big ben! a year that proved there is so much more to discover and be awestruck with how beautiful the philippines is.

it was a year of hard work as well. a year of wins and losses. a time for learning new things and new skills i never thought i am capable of. of losing confidence and regaining it soon after. of learning to be more patient and open to other ideas, even if at some point all is going to boil over any time soon.
it was a time to say goodbye to a dear aunt and an uncle. a time to say ‘see you around’ to a few dear folks. a period of discovering new friends, and reconnecting with a few old ones.
it was a year when we Filipinos were challenged with natural disasters that just showed the true mettle of our people. because yes, we will rise from all these, dusting all the debris while smiling our way to recovery.
thank you Lord for 2013. For the gift of family, of dear friends, of my dogs and of my significant other.
and 2014, bring it on. because there is just so much more in life left to learn, discover and witness 🙂
