looking up the sky on the 4th day of the experiment was rewarded with a view of the moon against the pale blue sky, with nary a cloud in sight. i am still hopeless at getting the right settings to make this a much better picture using an old 50mm F1.8 lens (nikon e series) that can only be used full manual with the d50. and i was in no mood to enhance the photo 🙂
